tas4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.2 Account Creation and Security

When registering an Account on tas4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and email address.
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Creation of multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances across those Accounts.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify tas4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Account under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or professional betting syndicates.

tas4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorized use of your Account due to your negligence.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, tas4d requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

tas4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend Account functionality, including Withdrawals, until satisfactory verification is completed. 4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tas4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels:

All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your tas4d Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential Account closure.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 for most bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Most deposits are processed instantly or within 15 minutes. Any deposit not reflected in your Account Balance within 60 minutes should be reported to customer support with transaction reference details.

tas4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tas4d is not responsible. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tas4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your tas4d Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful conduct. tas4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds at any time and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Withdrawals and Account Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a Withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by tas4d.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on Account status and VIP tier.

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

tas4d aims to process Withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours of submission, subject to Account verification status and security checks. Bank transfer Withdrawals typically arrive within 1-3 business days after processing, depending on the receiving bank. E-wallet Withdrawals are typically credited within 1-24 hours after processing. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or periods requiring additional security review.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

tas4d reserves the right to decline or delay Withdrawal requests under the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC verification
• Outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or Terms violation
• Technical errors or system maintenance
• Requests made to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods

tas4d does not charge fees for standard Withdrawals. However, excessive Withdrawal requests (defined as more than 3 Withdrawals per calendar week with no intervening wagering activity) may incur an administrative fee of Rp 25,000 per additional Withdrawal. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own receiving fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

tas4d periodically offers Bonuses and promotional incentives to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are published on the Website at the time of the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are granted at tas4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Abuse of Bonus offers, including but not limited to creation of multiple Accounts to claim duplicate Bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Bonuses and potential Account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before Bonus funds can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the Bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in the Bonus terms. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play Obligations

tas4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Violation of fair play obligations will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and potential legal action.

7.2 Game Outcomes and RNG

All tas4d Games that use random outcomes (including slot machines and certain table games) employ certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms that cannot be predicted or manipulated by tas4d or any User. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers and streamed in real-time, with outcomes determined by physical dealing of cards, spinning of wheels, or rolling of dice as applicable.

7.3 Bets and Results

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by tas4d. In the event of a dispute regarding Game results, tas4d's records shall be considered final and binding. Sports betting results are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or venue change, specific settlement rules apply as published on the Website.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, your remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and security checks. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

8.2 Involuntary Account Suspension or Closure

tas4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Abusive behavior toward tas4d staff or other Users
• Evidence of problem gambling behavior where continued play would be irresponsible
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal requirement

In the event of Account closure for Terms violation or fraudulent activity, tas4d reserves the right to void all wagers, confiscate all Balances, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent means.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While tas4d strives to maintain continuous Service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control. tas4d shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Service unavailability.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement
